Operator and contact
The FieldCalc operator handles privacy questions at [email protected]. Effective date: October 6, 2026.
Calculator use
There is no registration or login. Calculator inputs and results are processed in your browser; the site code does not send or store them on an operator server. The copy button places the result on your device clipboard.
Language and unit preferences
Your language and country/unit selections are stored in browser localStorage under fieldcalc-lang and fieldcalc-country to remember preferences. These entries contain no name or email address. Clear this site’s browser data to remove them.
Email inquiries
If you email us, we receive your sender address, display name if supplied, message and attachments. We use them to answer your inquiry and investigate errors. We delete them when the inquiry is resolved and retention is no longer necessary, unless applicable law requires retention. We do not use inquiry content for advertising or sell it. Do not send passwords or other sensitive information.
Hosting and external services
Cloudflare provides hosting and security. It may process technical information such as IP addresses, requested URLs, timestamps and browser/device information. Google Fonts supplies fonts; font requests send information including IP addresses and browser details to Google. Inquiries are handled through Naver Mail. Provider processing and retention are governed by their policies. Cloudflare and Google use global infrastructure, so information may be processed outside South Korea.
Advertising and analytics
The current deployment contains no Google AdSense advertising code or Google Analytics code. Before adding advertising or separate analytics tools, we will update this policy to describe actual processing and cookie use and implement any required consent process.
Your requests and information protection
To request access, correction, deletion or restriction of inquiry information you sent, contact [email protected]. Requests are handled after identity verification in accordance with applicable law. Access is limited to what is needed to handle inquiries, and messages and attachments are deleted when no longer needed. Remove local language and unit preferences using your browser settings.
Policy changes
We update this page and its effective date when features or services change. If the Korean and English wording differs, consult the Korean version.
